Has My Vendor Been Paid Yet?
As a RollCredits user, you can see detailed payment information by going to the transactions page, clicking on the transaction in question, and navigating to the payment tab.
The recipient can also check on the payment status by re-opening the link on their initial payment email
Our payment process has a few steps. Here’s an overview:
First, we send the recipient an email that lets them choose how they want to be paid
Once they’ve selected how they want to be paid, money will start being transferred between your accounts
They receive the payment
My payment failed, what do I do now?
You might already have a message from us about how to fix the problem, check your standard channels first! Check that you’ve entered the correct information and try again.

My payment information is wrong, how do I fix it?
If you notice something wrong with your payment after you send it (like making a typo when entering the recipient's email address or their name) you can cancel it, correct the information and send it again.
How do I cancel a payment?
You can cancel your payment any time before they choose how they want to receive it. This can be done by clicking on the "Cancel Payment" button at the bottom of the payment information page
Why can't I cancel my payment?
Once money has started to move, we aren't able to automatically cancel your payment. When you click "Request Cancellation" we will work with our payment provider to get the payment stopped and your money returned. You'll receive a confirmation email and we'll send you any updates as they happen
Why can't I send a payment?
You need a linked bank account to make payment. If you haven’t linked your bank account yet, here's a guide on how to do that. If the payment is for more than $2,000 you’ll also need to add a signature.

Why am I getting emails from Checkbook.io?
Checkbook.io is the partner that we use to deliver your payments. If you have any issues with emails from Checkbook.io, contact us at help@rollcredits.io so we can get them resolved on your behalf.
Is my bank information secure?
Yes! We don’t store any bank account numbers or credentials in our system. Additionally, all of our partners follow the standard security and privacy procedures for financial institutions.
