Wrapping A Project
You can find the wrap project button on the main transactions screen.
After you've figured out your pricing structure with us, we'll automatically use it to generate your pricing invoice. We don't charge for payroll expenses, so feel free to add everything that you have!
If something doesn't look right about the invoice, contact us at help@rollcredits.io
Once you've set up a bank account, you can click Pay Invoice & Wrap Project to do the following:
If you have a card program open for the production, it will freeze all cards and start a return for your remaining deposit.
The preview invoice on the right will be saved to your production
The invoice will automatically paid using your saved bank account. This will be a normal transaction, and you'll have the same tracking information as you would for any other vendor.
You'll be able to include/exclude RollCredits invoices from your wrap export
After you've wrapped your project, you'll be able to choose if you want our invoice to be added to your wrap. If you choose to add it, it will only appear as a line item and not include the invoice itself.
Since our invoice is the same as any other vendor's, you can change the category to be whatever you'd like in your system.
